- What is your position at eGym?
My name is Thore and I am currently doing my internship in the Order & Customer Management team at eGym. More specifically, I am busy with handling customer inquiries and building up the new support processes and structures for fle-xx.
- Why did you join eGym?
I decided to join eGym as part of my international business and management studies program. Fortunately, I also got the chance to write my thesis about the integration of fle-xx into eGym.
- What are your daily tasks?
At the moment, my tasks are changing on a daily basis since eGym acquired fle-xx just recently. I am talking to clients, suppliers, create processes with Gliffy, handle and distribute data and much more.
- What projects are you currently involved in?
So far there were only provisional fle-xx customer support structures. The responsibility of my team is to establish professional structures and ensure that the customer support of fle-xx meets the customer support quality standards of eGym.
- What do you enjoy most about your position/field?
The things I like most about my position is that my tasks are very diverse and that I can create a lot of things from scratch. This helps me to gain experience and learn a lot of new things. I find my tasks very interesting and challenging.
- What do you find challenging in your position/ field?
It is challenging to always satisfy the customer, since the quality of a customer management highly depends on the support of other departments / suppliers / colleagues.
- What piece of advice would you give to someone who wants to work in your field?
I would recommend everyone to try out for eGym not matter which position. The young and friendly team makes the experience great already.
